Course Introduction

本課程介紹食品及營養行業的概況及發展,並透過互動學習活動,讓學生掌握食品科技及營養的基礎知識和技巧,以製作創新健康食品,以及了解職業操守與責任、職業安全及可持續發展,以助他們日後在食品及營養行業的發展。

 

This course introduces the overview and development of the food and nutrition industry, and enables students to grasp the basic knowledge and skills of food technology and nutrition to create innovative healthy food products through interactive learning activities. Students will also understand the work ethics and responsibilities, occupational safety, and sustainable development, to facilitate their further development in the food and nutrition industry.
